David Lipschitz, PhD
I am engaged in a wide variety of fields of application as I describe myself primarily as a practitioner: I am an affiliate of McKinsey and Company and consult globally with a focus on leadership development, culture change and team functioning. In my private practice, I assist families with their own dynamics, manage family businesses and multi-generational wealth. I sit on the advisory board of a financial services firm, advise a number of private equity companies. I serve on the board of project 58 (www.58.life) – a property development based in the Cradle of Humankind, a World Heritage Site. All of these activities are infused with Transpersonal thinking and values.
Academically, I have degrees in management, I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology from ITP, where I researched forgiveness from a developmental perspective. I teach and supervise research at a Business School in South Africa and Alef Trust in the UK.
I was born and grew up in South Africa, and moved to the US with my family in 2016.
