Dina Ziadlou, PhD

Prof. Dr. Dina Ziadlou is a university professor, author, board member, and subject matter expert in health science and digital transformation. She has served in the healthcare industry for 20 years at national and international levels as a director of Health Information Technology and digital health project development, auditor/inspector of Healthcare Organization Accreditation, and consultant/advisor of digital health development. She has been serving as a university professor at Sofia University, CA, Colorado Technical University, CO, and Bryant and Straton College, NY, to nurture future change agents and leaders in the Business Administration, Health Science, and Health Administration Programs. She serves as a board member and chair of the digital transformation leadership at the International Society for Telemedicine and e-Health (ISfTeH) in Switzerland to empower healthcare stakeholders in digital health, telehealth, HIT, and AI-powered medicine establishment. Moreover, she collaborates with WHO in the Digital Health Technical Advisory Group (DHTAG) to standardize global digital health strategies. As an advocate of sustainable effectiveness development in the healthcare ecosystem, Prof. Dina has published several articles in the area of healthcare transformation, healthcare leadership, and innovation development. She is known for publishing the idea of the Quadruple Change Framework for leading successful digital transformation in the smart healthcare ecosystem based on four dimensions (technical change, organizational change, social change, and global change). In her career path, she has collaborated with healthcare, from academia to practical medical environments, to create meaningful (purposeful) digital transformation.
